
This Is REALLY About YOU
So, let’s be honest, this is really about you. You want to make some changes in your life that may seem hard. You’ve tried things in the past, maybe a diet, exercise, or perhaps even read some books or watched a crazy amount of YouTube videos hoping they would help you reach your goal. But, something has always held you back from becoming that person you knew you could be.
You are definitely not alone! We’ve all been there at some point. There are a thousand different directions that you can go and a million other options along the way. Sometimes it can be overwhelming.

I Was LOST And CONFUSED
I’ve been there. There was a time when I thought a healthy snack was a Snickers Bar and a Mountain Dew. The Snickers Bar has to be good because of the protein, peanuts, and the antioxidants in the chocolate, right? And the Mountain Dew has orange juice in it. Logical…
At another point in my life, I ate so many Double Stuf Oreos in one sitting that I passed out. I literally blacked out and fell on the floor. I have had an obsession with chocolate that bordered on addiction. I would make a batch of no-bake cookies; you know, the ones with 4 cups of sugar, a bag of chocolate chips, and some oats? I would put half of the batch out to cool and eat the other half straight from the mixing bowl.
I’ve had jobs that caused a ton of stress, and I’ve spent what seems like years of my life sitting in front of a TV. I have also suffered from severe hay fever, depression, anxiety, chronic migraines, and bad acne as an adult, among other things.
There came a time when I saw that if something didn’t change, I would develop a serious health condition, or worse, end up dead. I got sick of getting light-headed when I stood up, getting winded from running 20 feet, and having an overall lack of desire to do anything. Someone may have even thought that I was healthy from the outside looking in. But, on the inside, I was a disaster.
Even though I looked like I was in decent shape, I was mentally and physically unhealthy. So, I started to learn about health. I read lots of books, listened to hundreds of health podcast episodes, and studied at the University of YouTube (isn’t that where you go when you have a question?). I changed my eating habits and began exercising regularly. My life and my health both changed significantly.

I attended the Institute of Transformational Nutrition and am a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and Certified Life Coach. I am trained and committed to helping you discover your best self, help you better understand physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and help you overcome the roadblocks that may (and probably will) get in your way.
I now realize how good it feels to be healthy. I now see how much we are capable of accomplishing, achieving, and experiencing when our bodies are functioning properly. I want everyone to experience the joy, happiness, success, and complete bliss of getting your life aligned.
